What Is a Visual Timer?
A visual timer displays the passage of time as a moving image rather than — or alongside — a numeric countdown. Instead of watching digits decrease from 25:00 to 0:00, you watch a character travel from one side of a track to the other.
The difference is practical: a numeric timer tells you a number, which you have to interpret. A visual timer shows you a proportion — the character is a quarter of the way across, halfway, three-quarters — which you can read immediately without any arithmetic.
Duck Timer combines both: the animated character gives you the visual cue, while an optional digital or analog clock display shows the exact time remaining if you want it.
How to Use the Visual Timer
